- Develop and execute a 2026-2030 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4.0, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize innovation investments
- Build and manage a 15-person multidisciplinary innovation lab
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Drive patent development and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in C-suite influence
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI initiatives at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in Web4.0, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Certified in Technology Strategy Management (CTSM) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
