Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruptors and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI interfaces
- Analyze geopolitical tech trends to inform R&D investment strategies and patent portfolios
- Partner with C-suite to embed ethical AI governance and sustainable tech practices
- Present strategic briefings to board members and key stakeholders on emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and cutting-edge startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized governance models
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or emerging technology trends
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments (Series B+ preferred)
- Certification in futures forecasting or technology impact assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech transformations with measurable ROI
