- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives for 2026+ horizons

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Build and manage an innovation lab budget exceeding $15M annually

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 leadership
