- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web3.0, Singularity Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 10+ year vision cycles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Published author in IEEE Future Directions or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing government grants for breakthrough technology initiatives
- Portfolio of patented technologies with 2026+ implementation timeline
