- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year vision, aligning with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align stakeholders on futuristic technology adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for next-gen tech ecosystems (Web4, decentralized networks)
- Partner with R&D teams to evaluate and prioritize emerging technologies for commercialization
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPIs to measure technology readiness and innovation impact across organizational units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Proven experience translating complex tech concepts (neuromorphic computing, quantum cryptography) into business value
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futurism required
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or Innovation Management preferred
