Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Develop strategic partnerships with tech innovators and research institutions
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Oversee digital transformation initiatives across global operations
- Monitor competitor tech strategies and identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and implementing future-ready solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- C-level stakeholder management and strategic presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
