Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and blockchain integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor partnerships and R&D collaborations with leading academic institutions
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of 5-8 specialists

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
