Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Identify emerging tech opportunities (quantum, AR/VR, bio-convergence) for commercialization
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite on long-term tech investment decisions
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum solutions
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Certified in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
