- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders at industry forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech ecosystems
- Certified in technology management (e.g., CTO, CIO) or innovation frameworks
