Responsibilities

- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary tech solutions in sustainable AI and climate modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future technology frameworks to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Oversee $15M annual R&D budget allocation across 8 innovation verticals
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI initiatives with >$100M impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published research in Nature/Science on technological disruption (2018-2023)
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnership projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
