Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using advanced simulation tools
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and patent research
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and strategic partners
- Drive sustainable tech adoption through ESG integration methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts affecting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI assessment
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or conferences
- Experience scaling innovative solutions from prototype to market
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
