Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy roadmap targeting 2026+ market disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) and assess commercial viability
- Lead ideation sessions for breakthrough products using future-back scenario planning
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present visionary technology briefings to investors and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience scaling technology ecosystems across global markets
