Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Strong understanding of global tech trends and market dynamics
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
