Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and industry partnerships
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
