- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with $5M+ R&D budget
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout acquisition targets
- Drive patent strategy for next-gen intellectual property portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
