- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of nascent technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Tech S-curves)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (e.g., IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
