Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into core offerings
- Present technology visions to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling frameworks
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous system deployment
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or futures research
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: generative AI, blockchain, or biotech integration
