- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate technology into core business processes and product roadmaps
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget, allocating resources to high-impact R&D projects
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic pivots and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business units
