Responsibilities

- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with market opportunities
- Author white papers and policy briefs for regulatory bodies on emerging tech risks
- Mentor a team of futurists and domain specialists
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field + 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or exponential technologies
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI
- Fluency in quantum computing architectures and molecular biology
- Experience advising Fortune 100 companies on digital transformation
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, and World Economic Forum
- Certification in Global Futures & Foresight methodologies
