Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500/Unicorn experience
- Expertise in forecasting tech disruptions (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and commercialization pathways
- Proven success scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market launch
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and board reporting
