- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing applications and AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical guidelines for next-generation autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation projects
- Pioneer sustainable tech solutions for circular economy implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI initiatives at Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
