Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ product development lifecycle
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Design cross-functional innovation frameworks connecting R&D, product, and market teams
- Develop future-proof architectures scalable through 2030 technological shifts
- Present technology foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups in emerging tech domains
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation ROI and market disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record architecting future-facing products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
