- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interface systems
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption goals
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and patent filings
- Present strategic blueprints to global stakeholders including UN Technology Council
- Oversee ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and sentient AI development
- Drive commercialization of lab innovations through startup incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on next-gen tech paradigms
- Experience securing federal grants for DARPA/NIH projects
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for autonomous systems (EU AI Act)
- Portfolio demonstrating minimum 3 commercialized innovations
