Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, biocomputing, decentralized systems)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Manage innovation incubators and accelerate prototype-to-production cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and industry forums
- Ensure compliance with emerging tech governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or blockchain 3.0
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals a plus
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
