Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging tech opportunities
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes for strategic advantage
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage a network of industry experts and academic partnerships
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and POCs
- Produce monthly tech trend reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 disruptive tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing and patent analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments with product development teams
