- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting global tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or biotech
- Exceptional foresight in anticipating market disruptions and paradigm shifts
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
