- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and global tech firms
- Develop quantitative models to assess ROI and market potential of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
