Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and sustainability mandates
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, carbon-negative AI)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups to incubate breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to identify paradigm-shifting innovations and competitive threats
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying advanced AI and autonomous systems in regulated industries
- Present technology visions and business cases to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, generative AI ethics, or climate-tech
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful tech innovations with global impact
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and managing R&D teams
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (preferred)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., INSEAD, MIT)
