- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful tech innovations
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
