Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough innovations for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to translate future vision into actionable development plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovators and research institutions
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to generate future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and startup landscapes
