Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Research emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching future-focused products
- Deep expertise in at least two: AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in agile innovation frameworks
- Advanced degree in relevant field (CS, Engineering, Strategy)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
