Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Drive adoption of future-proof security protocols for next-gen digital ecosystems
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech evaluation (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Proven track record of scaling future-focused initiatives to commercial viability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certifications in quantum computing (e.g., IBM Quantum) or AI ethics (e.g., DeepMind)
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network within IEEE, ACM, or similar tech innovation bodies
- Expertise in agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology (patents, journals, conferences)
