Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year horizon execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Track record leading cross-functional teams of 50+ technical professionals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
