- Mentor a team of 12+ research scientists and innovation specialists
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and venture capital for experimental projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals (2019-2023)
- Security clearance preferred for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
