Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Systems
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on 2030+ technology paradigms
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO 42001 (AI Management) and NIST AI Risk Framework
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information preferred)
