Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for future technology initiatives
- Collaborate with academic institutions to establish research partnerships
- Document technology strategies and create implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning with exposure to emerging tech
- Proven experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Understanding of ethical implications of technological advancement
- Published research or patents in relevant technology domains
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
