Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable ROI analysis
- Build and lead an internal innovation incubator team
- Represent company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
