- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology adoption success
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and geopolitical factors affecting technology evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
