Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or distributed ledger systems
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or sustainable tech (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 100+ members
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from top-tier institution
