Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving climate resilience and resource optimization challenges
- Manage technology portfolio allocation across R&D, incubation, and commercialization pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or strategic partnerships
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) or equivalent
