Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging threats/opportunities in future tech sectors
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $2M annually with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for next-gen deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPO) or equivalent
- Experience with global technology policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
