Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in futures thinking or technology foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable system architecture design
- Experience presenting C-suite executives on complex tech topics
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI governance frameworks
