Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
