- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab of 15+ engineers and futurists
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech innovation
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets over $50M
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, or carbon-neutral systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
