- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI systems
- Manage $30M annual R&D budget for emerging tech incubation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics governance
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting
