Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, bio-integrated AI) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into existing infrastructure
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior tech strategists and foster cross-departmental innovation workshops
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology Management
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven experience leading AI, blockchain, or sustainability tech implementations
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse ecosystems, and decentralized technologies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau/Power BI
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or Technology Architecture (e.g., TOGAF)
- Strong presentation skills with experience advising executive leadership teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech strategy implementation in Fortune 500 environments
