Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational objectives
- Lead research in emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global market analysis
