Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics initiatives, establishing governance frameworks for responsible deployment
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential disruption
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate breakthrough innovations
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee innovation incubation programs for sustainable tech ventures
- Anticipate geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling frameworks
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
