- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and disruption risk assessments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align R&D priorities with market opportunities
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with global partners and academic institutions
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for future tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products with $50M+ revenue impact
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem (VCs, research labs, Fortune 500)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
