Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and distributed systems
- Published author in IEEE/Nature with 50+ citations
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
